1.Machine introduction:
It is used for automatic air extraction and two-sealing sealing of soft-pack lithium battery cells. The overall structure is a linear layout design; the air extraction and opening forming structure adopts the upper and lower circulation of the fixture plate, four independent vacuum chambers, and one out of four methods; Manually insert the battery to “use the upper and lower chambers to form a closed cavity, and then vacuumize the cavity to form a negative pressure state. At the same time, the bayonet pierces the pre-packaged gas belt part to discharge the gas in the battery core; then through the sealing The head uses the heat conduction effect to act on the packaging material (aluminum-plastic film) of the lithium battery, making it heated and softened to a molten state and fused together; the heat source is transferred to the head (copper) through a resistance heating tube and then acts on a certain pressure Down conduction to the aluminum-plastic film to be welded to complete the pressing and welding; the temperature of the head can be adjusted and kept constant through the temperature-sensitive thermocouple and the temperature controller; the suction cup manipulator automatically unloads the battery to the subsequent process equipment; synchronous The belt drives the cell to flow in a straight line, and the single station works independently to realize sealing; side voltage test; left trimming; right trimming; left and right synchronous single folding; Belt; NG automatically feeds into the material box; assembly line production operation mode; after forming, the battery cells have a beautiful appearance and good consistency; manually collect the battery cells on the pull belt, and then check whether the appearance of the battery cells is defective; realize sorting blanking.
This machine is designed to be operated by 2 people; the structure of the whole machine adopts split design. Operation, maintenance, convenient transportation, safe use; PLC control, touch screen display operation, design segment start, stop, perfect alarm function and other alarm prompt memory function
