1.Production process:
1. Manual loading of aluminum-plastic film; automatic unwinding

2.Equipment technical parameters:
1. Adapt to product specifications: see the table below (including air bags)
2. Production capacity: 800-900PCS batteries per hour; (depending on the process time parameters. For example, the packaging time is 4 seconds; a cycle is 8 seconds, and the production capacity is about 900 pieces/hour)

17. Head installation hole position and form: see the figure below (key dimensions, detailed dimensions can be obtained from the customer during production; the picture shows a single head, the supplier can change the length according to the situation, but it must be confirmed by the customer in writing)

18. The seal of the lug groove must not be pressed against the metal part of the lug. After sealing, the deviation between the center line of the lug and the theoretical center line of the lug is not more than 0.3mm, and the protrusion of the lug glue is 0.3-0.8mm
19. The misalignment of the upper and lower aluminum foil end faces a of the top seal is less than 0.2mm
20. Short-circuit test: positive tab and negative tab; positive tab and aluminum-plastic film; negative tab and aluminum-plastic film; the sealed and pre-sealed edges shall not be damaged
21. Unloading and sorting: NG is automatically unloaded into the material box; good products are unloaded into the pull belt, and the material is collected manually
22. Operator: 1 person is responsible for operating the equipment, responsible for placing naked batteries and self-inspection receiving
23. Appearance of the finished battery cell: the surface is smooth and flat, the seal is complete and there are no wrinkles and glue spots, there is no damage to the corners, corrugated inside and outside, and there must be no short circuit and scratches
24. Power supply: AC380V, 50 Hz, maximum power 8KW
25. Compressed air: 0.5~0.7Mpa, the maximum consumption is 15L/min, the inlet pipe adopts φ12 interface
26. Vacuum source (provided by the customer): -98Kpa, maximum consumption 3L/min, inlet pipe adopts φ12 interface
