Folding Machine

1.Machine introduction:

This machine is used for traditional hardware photo frames, modern electric heating products, hardware photo frames, photo frames and other hardware products. The incoming material is metal coil, which is automatically pulled by the motor. The “V” mouth is automatically stamped by multiple metal dies, and is automatically determined by the metal dies. Long punching, adjustable length, adjustable V-shaped gap, folding groove adopts multi-station involute continuous folding groove, and automatically sends out single strip after folding.

The structure of the whole machine adopts split design, which is convenient for operation, maintenance and transportation, and safe to use; PLC control, touch screen display operation, start and stop of design section, perfect alarm function and other alarm prompt memory functions.
