Pet Plastic Shell Filter Fully Automatic Production Line

The machine is used for the fully automatic production of plastic shell filters for pet water dispensers. The main body of the plastic shell filter adopts a rotary table type one out one design. Carbon loading. Linear single-channel, one-out, four-out design. The carbon package is shaped according to the main structure. It adopts a special-shaped carbon package structure. The carbon filling area is large. The carbon loading is uniform. The rolls are fed by a double-sided clip manipulator.

The process flow of the plastic shell filter body: plastic shell stacking incoming materials. Putting carbon bags. Drying. The plastic shell filter cotton adopts stacking incoming materials.

Carbon bag and drying process: double-sided heating and setting. Automatic loading of carbon powder. Filter cotton carbon bag ultrasonic welding and cutting. Forming carbon bag suction cup manipulator cutting and assembly.

The structure of the whole machine adopts split design. Operation, maintenance, convenient transportation, safe use; PLC control. Touch screen display operation, memory function.
