Main Performance:

1. Vertical structure, the vertical lift of the screen is driven by servo motor, and the left and right movements of the printing head are driven by servo motor.

2. PLC touch screen control, printing and screen lift are driven by servo motors.

3. Pneumatically control the lifting and lowering of the printing knife frame, the photoelectric eye controls the stroke, and is independently adjusted.

4. There are three modes of manual/semi-automatic/full-automatic, and the printing indirect time is digitally controlled.

5. Independently designed machine head lifting device, scraper/oil return knife, screen loading and unloading and screen cleaning are convenient.

6. The left and right mesh clamp arms of double guide columns are installed at the same time, which is convenient for adjustment.

Configuration Instructions:

1. The machine control adopts PLC controller and man-machine interface control.

2. The circuit adopts AC contactor and photoelectric eye switch.

3. The printing is driven by Mitsubishi servo motor and PLC electric frequency conversion adjustment.

4. The lifting and lowering of printing scraper and oil return knife are controlled by precise pneumatic components.
